Shreveport- Bossier Newborn Photography – Reese!

so…if you know me very well… you may know my weakness for ANYTHING named Reese…. Yum Yum! This Reese may not have been tasty, but I would have to say she was SPECTACULAR in her debut photo session. Her sweet brothers Caleb and Carson reminded me SO much of my own Michael and Mason. I even copied the “Brothers Tickling” shot I have of M and M. These Sanders boys are fantastic! What a blessed family the Sanders are! And what a blessed photographer I am to have had this opportunity. Reese was just 12 days old today……
I promise that Caleb was NOT hollering at Sweet Reese! I have NO idea what he was doing here…this totally surprised me when I was looking at their images. But you have to admit… it is kind of humorous

The Bickhams….

What a nice visit to see Sweet Carolyn Bickham and her two sweet babies….. Before I even start to say how wonderful her children are.. I want to comment on her. Carolyn and I went to highschool a bit together. I have nice, fond memories of the person she was then. Friendly, courteous, and just gorgeous as can be. Well Sweet Carolyn hasn’t changed one bit. What a lovely lady she is…and it extends to her amazing children. Her son Drew is the spitting image of his Dad, Andy. What a joy and a spark and a bundle of love for his mom and new sister. Drew and I had the best time coloring and showing off our silly faces. He reminds me so much of my own kids…and when he left- I was homesick for my Michael and my Mason……. Drew’s sister, Annie, was just a breath from heaven. Literally. When the babies come into the studio, all I can think about is how close to MY GOD they JUST were… She was just there…she was JUST there….and she was loved then, and loved now by Andy and Carolyn…. Annie, sweet girl, you are a blessed baby to have such an amazing family to fall into… amazing mom and dad, and loving brother. Welcome to our World sweetheart… we are ALL glad you are here….

What a breath of fresh air! I love photographing families in January…everyone seems SO relaxed. This particular group was just well formed. Everyone meshed so well together. Thanks gang for hanging out with me. And Happy Late Birthday to Ainsley…..
